Manage your calendar/Use your library

Step 3 of 3

Use your library

Find, filter, and manage all your content in one place.

Your Library is the home for everything Thomas has created. Go to Library > Articles in the sidebar.

The Library page showing a list of articles with status indicators and filter options
All your articles in one place, sorted by most recent

Each article shows:

  • Title — the article topic
  • Status — draft, generating, or published
  • Date — when it was created or last edited
  • Word count — the article length

Click any article to open it in the editor where you can review, edit, and export it.

Topic clusters

Go to Library > Topic Clusters to manage the themes that feed into your content plans. Here you can:

  • Create new clusters with seed topics
  • Edit existing cluster descriptions
  • Delete clusters you no longer need

Keep your topic clusters broad enough to generate multiple article ideas, but specific enough to stay relevant. "Parenting" is too broad; "Teaching independence to toddlers" is about right.

That covers the essentials of managing your content in Thomas. As you create more articles and build out your calendar, you'll develop a rhythm that keeps your content strategy on track.
